Ashlee Brown PMP, SHRM-SCP serves as the Principal of People Operations and Culture at Community Solutions, Inc. since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing organizational culture, employee engagement, compliance, and diversity initiatives. Brown previously held the roles of Director of Learning and Development and Director of Team Excellence within the same company, focusing on developing learning strategies and scaling project management efforts. Prior experience includes serving as the inaugural Director of Project Management for a tech marketing startup, as well as project and program management positions in biopharmaceutical communications and creative services. Ashlee holds a B.A. in Political Science: Legal Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Jackson State University, and completed training at General Assembly.
