Christine Black

Ms. Black joined CSI in January 2017 as a temporary Human Resource Generalist, working her way up to her current role as the Chief Human Resources Officer. She has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Christine holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, graduating from Bay Path University in 2014. She earned her Master's degree in Leadership and Negotiation in 2019.

Ms. Black holds a fundamental belief that a successful Human Resources team is one that incorporates a customer service philosophy, supports staff through sound policies, programs and practices; provides expert consultation, services, and solutions; and fosters a culture dedicated to fair and equal treatment, open communication, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect.
