Oriana Flagello

Oriana Flagello is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social services and mental health support. Currently serving as a QA Coach and Trainer at Community Solutions, Inc. since January 2017, Oriana has also held roles such as Intervention Specialist within the same organization. Previous experience includes serving as Interim Executive Director at Hang Time™, Community Support Specialist at Continuum of Care, and Counselor at Center For Discovery, where responsibilities involved supporting children with eating disorders. Oriana has demonstrated expertise in client intake, case management, and data evaluation as a Social Service Coordinator for Project Longevity. An educational foundation in Criminal Justice and Psychology was established through a Bachelor's degree from the University of New Haven, complemented by relevant experience in various support roles earlier in the career.
