Elaine L Tyson has extensive experience in the field of social services, currently serving as a Parent Recruiter and Trainer at Community Solutions since April 2009, where responsibilities include training potential foster parents using the PRIDE MODULE. Prior to this role, Elaine worked at First Home Care from 2005 to 2009 as Program Director and Program Supervisor. Elaine holds a Master of Organizational Management with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Community Health and Human Services, both from St. Joseph's College NY.
