Jackie Twiss is an experienced Human Service Worker with a background in customer service and support roles, currently employed at Community Solutions since August 2014. Prior to this, Jackie held positions as a Security Officer with Pyramid Hotel Group and as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's, where tasks included customer interaction and inventory management. Jackie also gained valuable experience as an Intern in Women's Programming at the Suffolk County House of Corrections, assisting with casework and job-readiness initiatives. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Sociology Minor from Simmons University, complemented by roles in various customer service capacities during education.
