Shelia Cross

Shelia Cross has over a decade of experience in program management and leadership roles within community-focused organizations. Currently serving as a Program Manager and Home Study Writer at Community Solutions since October 2010, Shelia previously held the position of Executive Director at Friends of the Portsmouth Juvenile Court from July 2008 to October 2010. Education includes a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
