Lawrence Puder

Lawrence Puder has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as the Technical Operations Manager at Community Specialists since May 2015, overseeing operations for a property management firm in Chicago that manages over 14,000 units across high-rise condominium buildings. Prior to this role, Lawrence worked as a Construction Superintendent and Project Manager at Krause Construction, where responsibilities included managing various construction projects, subcontractors, scheduling, and cost control from August 2011 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a General Contractor specializing in concrete and masonry restoration at JLJ Contracting, Inc. from March 2008 to July 2010, a Project Manager at Postl-Yore and Associates, Inc. from January 2000 to March 2008, and a Superintendent/Project Manager at Kipley Construction Co. from March 1987 to January 2000. Lawrence also contributed as a member of the Building Committee for a Day Care Addition at St. Paul Lutheran Church in 1999.
