Betsy Miller

Betsy Miller is a seasoned professional in the field of geology with extensive experience in project management and environmental services. Currently serving as Principal, Technical Director of Government Services, and Southwest Operations Manager at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since April 2017, Betsy has previously held significant roles at Terracon Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities included Group Manager and Senior Project Manager for environmental projects from 2007 to April 2017. Earlier career highlights include positions as Senior Project Manager at Fluor Daniel GTI from 1994 to 1997 and Groundwater Technology, Inc. from 1987 to 1994. Betsy holds a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Southern Methodist University, complemented by a High School Diploma from Phoenix Country Day School.
