Marguerite Batau is an experienced property management professional with a diverse background in managing luxury condominium buildings. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Supervisors at Community Specialists since May 2021, Marguerite focuses on delivering management expertise tailored to clients’ community needs. Prior roles include Property Manager at FirstService Residential Illinois, where operations of a 213-unit luxury condominium were managed, and similar roles at Draper and Kramer, The Habitat Company, and earlier experiences at FirstService Residential. Marguerite is known for building strong partnerships with Boards and community committees while effectively overseeing property operations.
