Yvonne Timson

Yvonne Timson's work experience begins in 2005, when they worked as an HRD Manager at Appleweb Offset until 2006. In 2006, they became the HRD Manager UK at DAMS INTERNATIONAL. From 2008 to 2009, Yvonne worked as the Manager of Capability, Talent, and Safety at The Bethanie Group Inc. Starting in 2011, they became the HR Manager at Therapy Focus Inc, where they focused on strategic planning, organizational structuring, and the development of an Employee Value Proposition. In 2013, Yvonne began serving as a Non-Executive Director at Arafmi, a mental health carer and consumer organization. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Executive Manager of Strategy and Governance (interim) at Mental Health Carers, Arafmi (WA), where they played a key role in growth and expansion strategies. In 2015, Yvonne served as a Principal Consultant at Illuminate Plus, providing leadership and management consulting solutions. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as the Executive Manager of Corporate Services at Richmond Wellbeing, where they focused on improving mental health services and implementing person-centered recovery processes. Finally, in 2017, Yvonne became the Chief Operating Officer at Community Vision Australia Limited before taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

Yvonne Timson's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology & Geography from Anglia Ruskin University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Yvonne then pursued further education in the field of governance, earning a Post Grad Applied Corporate Governance degree from the Governance Institute of Australia between 2012 and 2014. In 2017, Yvonne participated in an Executive Colloquium at the Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership to enhance their leadership skills.
