Jeremy Rutter has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeremy has held various positions in different organizations.

Starting in 1996, Jeremy served as a Petty Officer Third Class in the U.S. Coast Guard until 2000. Following this, they worked at United Health Services as both an Associate Care Manager from 2005 to 2010 and a Skilled Mechanic from 2001 to 2005.

In 2010, Jeremy joined Bridgewater Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing as the Director of Admissions/Marketing until 2013. During this time, they also served as an Administrator-in-Training at Bridgewater Center for Rehab and Nursing from 2012 to 2013.

Jeremy then transitioned to Tioga Opportunities in 2014, where they worked as the Director of Community Services for a short period of time.

From 2014 to 2021, Jeremy held multiple roles at Heritage Ministries, including Assistant Administrator and Administrator at Heritage Village, Lead Administrator, Vice President of Skilled Nursing Operations, and Chief Clinical Officer.

In 2019, Jeremy became the Executive Director at Hearthstone Communities until 2021.

Currently, Jeremy holds the position of President and CEO at Community Wellness Partners, starting in October 2021.

Overall, Jeremy has extensive experience in healthcare administration, leadership, and community services.

Jeremy Rutter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, which they obtained from 2005 to 2012. Jeremy then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration at Villanova University, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. Currently, Jeremy is enrolled at Concordia University Chicago, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Gerontology. Jeremy is expected to graduate in 2023.
