Michelle Cole has over 27 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Senior Housing Services at Community Wellness Partners, a role they have held since August 2020. Previously, they worked at Presbyterian Residential Community for 18 years, where they began as an RN and Administrator in February 2014 before transitioning to the role of RN and Director of Patient Services in August 2002. Their responsibilities included overseeing and evaluating staff care to residents, scheduling and leading team conferences, and ensuring the safe and adequate provision of care. Michelle also has experience at Presbyterian Homes & Services, where they served as an Assistant Head RN from November 1996 to August 2002, and as a Charge RN from June 1993 to November 1996.

Michelle Cole obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Nursing from MVCC between 1991 and 1993. Michelle then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from SUNY IT from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Michelle Cole completed high school at New Hartford High School in 1987.
