Justin Lee

Justin Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of workforce management and capacity planning. Justin worked as an Onboarding Consultant/Trainer at CommunityWFM, where they assisted in developing a workforce management consulting pipeline and delivered consulting services to clients. Prior to this, at BCD Travel, they worked as a Capacity Planner, evaluating performance and preparing capacity plans. At U.S. Bank, they held multiple roles including Senior Real Time Workforce Analyst, Workforce Real Time/Dialer Analyst, Default Counseling Team Leader, and Default Counselor. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as coordinating staffing allocation, monitoring staffing levels, ensuring call goals were met, supervising call flow workforce, leading a team of collectors, performing quality check monitors, conducting employee interviews, and maintaining department timecards.

Justin Lee earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Owensboro Community and Technical College. Justin attended the college from 2009 to 2011.
