Matt Duncan has a diverse work experience. Matt started their career in 1996 at Disney Direct Mktg, where they worked as a WFM Planner/Service Level Technician for four years. In 1999, they joined Workforce Management Software Group, Inc. as a Consultant/Trainer and later became the Director Of Training in January 2018, where they currently hold the position.
From 2000 to 2004, Matt Duncan attended Coronado and obtained a diploma in General Studies.
