Dale Novella

Dale Novella is the Co-Director of the Teaching Artist Project at Community-Word Project. Dale has a background in music, having worked as a teaching artist and live sound engineer. Dale also has experience in social media marketing and office management. Dale is passionate about working with young people and promoting creative thinking through the arts.

Dale Novella's educational career began at Woodland High School. Dale then went on to study media arts at the University of South Carolina, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Their manager is Michele Kotler, Founder + Executive Director. They work with Amanda Newman - Evaluation & Special Projects Manager, Adriana Guzmán - Co-Director, Teaching Artist Project, and Javan Howard - Co-Director, Teaching Artist Project.
