Joan Sapinsley

Joan Sapinsley is the current Board Co-Chair at Community-Word Project, and has held many other influential positions throughout their career. Joan has a degree in business from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, and their previous companies include Fordham University, Resource Real Estate, TIAA, and Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout their many years in the business world, Joan has excelled in capital markets, managing director positions, and financial services groups. Joan is an experienced CLO transaction executer, and has successfully completed 5 RSO-branded CRE CLO transactions from 2013 to 2017. Joan Sapinsley is a highly respected figure in the business world, and their experience and expertise have helped shaped many businesses over the years.
