Community Youth Services (CYS) is a non-profit organization actively working in the communities in Thurston, Mason, Lewis and Pierce counties. Through an array of programs CYS offers a continuum of care to help youth, ages 12-24, find their way toward safety, stability and success. Our programs cover juvenile justice, early intervention, out-of-home care, employment and education, behavioral health and wellness, and shelter and housing.

The Counseling and Support Services team at Community Youth Services provides comprehensive therapeutic support to at-risk youth aged 12-24. This multidisciplinary team, including therapists, counselors, and case managers, collaborates to deliver individualized counseling, crisis intervention, and resource coordination, ensuring each young person receives the tools and guidance necessary for achieving safety, stability, and personal growth. Their efforts are essential in fostering resilience and empowering youth to navigate challenges and lead fulfilling lives.
