Charles Perez

Charles Perez, MHSA, CPhT, has extensive experience in pharmacy services management, currently serving as the Manager of Pharmacy Services at CommunityCare HMO since October 2005. In this role, Charles oversees communications and activities with the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and manages the development and delivery of pharmacy benefits for commercial and Medicare Part D products. Prior to this position, Charles worked at Albertsons as a Pharmacy Technician Trainer, overseeing the training of pharmacy technicians and coordinating audits of pharmacy claims data. Additionally, Charles served on the Board of Advisors for the National Pharmacy Technician Association, advocating for certified pharmacy technicians in Oklahoma. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oklahoma Christian University.
