Jaclyn Bonk, PHR, is an HR Business Associate specializing in staff development at Community Care Physicians since January 2017, where responsibilities include enhancing manager recruitment understanding, managing performance methodologies, and gathering feedback organization-wide. Previously, Jaclyn served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same organization and as an Administrative Assistant in HR/Fiscal at Planned Parenthood Mohawk Hudson. Additional experiences include a marketing internship at DK Pearson and leadership roles at St. John Fisher College, where Jaclyn focused on recruitment, retention, and student leadership. Jaclyn holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from St. John Fisher University.
