Kyle Guay

Kyle Guay is a Clinical Pharmacy Integration Manager at Community Care Physicians since January 2017, overseeing operations of multiple teams and aiding in the development of key clinical programs. With an extensive background in pharmacy, Kyle has served as a Clinical Pharmacist and Clinical Data Project Manager specializing in Value Based Care at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences since January 2015, as well as holding the position of Adjunct Experiential Faculty. Prior experience includes roles as a Per Diem Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager, and Community Pharmacist/Medication Therapy Management Provider at Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 from September 2012 to January 2019. Kyle completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Stratton VA Medical Center and earned a PharmD from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
