Michele Priess-Reale, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in human resources and sales, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Community Care Physicians, P.C. since February 2018. Prior to this role, Michele held the same position at Ballston Spa National Bank from November 2014 to January 2018 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at CHA Consulting. Additionally, Michele has extensive experience in the banking sector with various roles at First Niagara Bank, including Assistant Manager and Relationship Banker. Early career experiences include roles as an Independent Consultant for PartyLite and Lead Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy. Michele has an educational background in Human Resources Management, having obtained a Master of Science from Mercy University and a Master’s Degree from Stony Brook University, along with a B.S. in Business Administration from SUNY Potsdam and two degrees in Music from SUNY Schenectady County Community College.
