Stephanie Lobosco-Navarro, PharmD, MHCDS, BCACP has extensive experience in the field of pharmacy. Stephanie started their career as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from July 2008 to July 2009. Stephanie then worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates from July 2009 to May 2011.

From June 2011 to July 2015, Stephanie served as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Ambulatory Care at Capital Care Medical Group / CDPHP. Following that, they joined CDPHP as the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Programs from July 2015 to September 2017, and later became the Director from September 2017 to 2019.

Currently, Stephanie is working at Community Care Physicians, where they held the position of Director from February 2019 to January 2022. Stephanie then became the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in January 2022, and is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives since April 2023.

Stephanie Lobosco-Navarro, PharmD, MHCDS, BCACP, completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences from 2001 to 2007, with a focus on Pharmacy. Following their PharmD, they pursued further education at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they obtained a Master of Health Care Delivery Science degree in 2022. Stephanie holds additional certifications, including Certified Collaborative Drug Therapy Management (CDTM) obtained in 2017, APhA – The Pharmacist and Patient-Centered Diabetes Care obtained in 2014, Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist obtained in 2013, and APhA – Pharmacy Based Immunization Delivery Certification obtained in 2007.
