Daniela Acacio

Daniela Acacio currently serves as the Health Education and Outreach Manager at CommunityHealth since November 2022. Prior to this role, Daniela was the Lead Prevention Specialist at DCCCA, where responsibilities included program development, implementation, and evaluation for funding compliance. Daniela also held a position as a Prevention Specialist, focusing on evidence-based substance use prevention strategies in Oklahoma. Earlier experience includes being a Benefits Coordinator at Paycom, managing the implementation of benefits software, and serving as Editor in Chief for The Thistle at Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, Daniela has experience as an Operations Associate for Teach For America, a Language Access Intern with Global Wordsmiths, and a Field Organizing Intern for the Harris County Democratic Party. Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici.
