Sabrina Kelley

Sabrina Kelley, MPH, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sabrina is currently working as the Vice President of External Relations at Community Vision CA, where they started in September 2021. Prior to this, they had their own private practice, serving as a Community Relations Consultant, Advocacy Strategist, and Social Impact & Sustainability expert.

From 2017 to 2021, Sabrina worked at Wells Fargo as a Community Relations Consultant in Corporate Philanthropy. In this role, they managed grant-making portfolios and prepared high-quality written materials for review.

Before joining Wells Fargo, Sabrina was the Resident Services Manager at Fresno Housing Authority from 2015 to 2017. Here, they managed staff and employee development and secured over $600K in new funding for place-based community development strategies.

Prior to that, they served as the Community Development Manager at Habitat for Humanity Fresno County from 2010 to 2015. In this role, they facilitated community development initiatives and collaborated with various stakeholders to design and launch a regional neighborhood revitalization strategy.

Sabrina's career began in 2002 as a Media & Public Relations Consultant in their own private practice. Sabrina managed public image and developed promotional strategies for businesses and nonprofit organizations in Northern California.

Throughout their career, Sabrina has exhibited strong leadership, grant-writing, community development, and public relations skills.

Sabrina Kelley, MPH has a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Public Health Education and Promotion from California State University, Fresno. Sabrina also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Arts & Letters from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Sabrina has obtained several certifications, including Resident Leadership Development from NeighborWorks America in 2014, Training Design and Facilitation from NeighborWorks America in 2013, Human-Centered Design from SMALLIFY in 2013, Community Development and Neighborhood Revitalization from NeighborWorks America in 2012, Project Management from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2010, and Grant Proposal Writing from the Sacramento Public Library.
