Dat Nguyen

Dat Nguyen is currently the Operations Manager at Commure, where they oversee the execution of internal operations projects and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive efficiency and scalability. Previously, they served as the Operations Project Manager at Scale AI, where they developed critical operational processes and improved feedback loops between teams. Before that, Dat held the position of Colossus Support Lead at Athelas, where they implemented quality assurance processes and automated workflows. Dat earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from San Francisco State University and has also completed Agile and Scrum training.
