Ben Bissett

Ben Bissett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical content creation and consultancy within the technology sector. Since joining Commvault in January 2009, Ben Bissett has progressed through various roles, ultimately serving as a Senior Technical Content Creator on the Enablement SME Team, where responsibilities include developing technical enablement content and accreditation for new features. Prior to this, Ben Bissett contributed to customer support training, mentorship, and consultancy for enterprise clients. Earlier roles with GlassHouse Technologies, Orchestria, and Sun Microsystems further honed skills in designing and deploying complex IT environments, combined with a strong foundation in Business Information Systems from the University of Portsmouth.
