Jorge Cubillo

Jorge Cubillo serves as the Senior HR Business Partner for the Europe South region at Commvault, overseeing HR strategic plans across multiple countries, including Spain and Italy, while engaging with Go to Market teams. Additional experience includes roles at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed driving talent strategy and corporate governance, and leadership positions in other organizations such as Concentrix and Stream Global Services, focusing on HR operations, performance management, and employee development. Jorge holds multiple master's degrees in Human Resources Management and a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management.
