Ramya Nijagunamurthy

Ramya Nijagunamurthy has over 18 years of experience in customer support and database administration, currently serving as Manager of Customer Support at Commvault since April 2014. Prior roles at Commvault include Associate Manager, Technical Team Leader, and Support Engineer. Earlier experience includes working as a Database Administrator at Australian Associated Press from 2008 to April 2014, where responsibilities included administering PostgreSQL databases, supporting Oracle RAC and Microsoft SQL Server, and managing in-house database systems. Ramya began a career as an Oracle DBA at Oracle from September 2005 to November 2007. Ramya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2005.
