Neal Fink

Neal has a multi-disciplinary background that spans audiovisual, enterprise software, and IT. Over 25 years, Neal has gained experience and expertise in all phases of the technology development cycle, from user requirements analysis through implementation and ongoing support. Neal joined ComNet in 2018 to lead the Company’s Audio-Visual practice, which has been one of the Company’s fastest-growing markets over the past three years.

Prior to joining ComNet, Neal was AV Architect and Practice Manager for a systems integration and managed services provider. He led sales engineering and new product development. This included the design and implementation of cloud-hosted offerings for voice/video conferencing and digital signage management. Neal has significant expertise in user experience and interface design honed through projects for major financial institutions and government agencies. Neal is a Crestron Certified Master Programmer and holds additional certifications from Crestron, Polycom, Cisco, Imaging Sciences Foundation (ISF), and Biamp. He is an Avixa (Infocomm) CTS-D and serves on the industry association’s Integrator Council.
