Judy Bridges

Judy Bridges is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management and performance improvement within the physical sciences and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager at CoMotion at the University of Washington since December 2021, Judy previously held the position of Performance Improvement Manager at Saint-Gobain, where efforts focused on enhancing stucco production and process design under the WCM framework. A past Technical Advisory Board Member for WAVVE Stream, Inc., Judy has also contributed as a Senior Program Manager at WISErg and as a freelance consultant, providing strategic guidance on product development and market entry. Judy's earlier roles include Director of Product Development at HaloSource, Operations Manager at Marathon Ceramics, and Engineering Manager at HITCO Carbon Composites. Judy holds an MBA in General Management from the Drucker School of Management, as well as Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and the University of Washington, respectively.
