Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Compacer CZ s.r.o. since December 2023, Tomáš previously held various leadership roles at Tietoevry, including Head of Tribe Norway and Head of Software Engineering Czechia. Tomáš has a strong background in establishing and managing large teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiencies across diverse sectors, particularly in banking and custom software development. Previous experience includes roles as Chief Information Officer at Revírní bratrská pokladna, and various positions at Tieto and eD' system Czech, culminating in a solid foundation in project management and technology integration. Tomáš holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
