Beth De Avila

Beth De Avila has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beth is currently working as a Senior Sales Manager at Compado since October 2022. Prior to this, they founded Redresins - 3D Printing in March 2014. Beth has also worked at OpenExO as a Certified Trainer and Certified Ambassador, starting in May 2019 and April 2019 respectively. From February 2018 to October 2022, they served as the European Sales and Account Manager at Berry Global, Inc. Beth was a Regional Sales Manager at AstroNova (formerly Astro-Med, Inc.) from August 2016 to November 2017. Beth has also held various positions at HPinc, including EMEA Officejet Channel Sales Manager, UK&I Officejet Printer Sales Manager, and Channel Sales Manager, Supplies, between 2007 and 2013. Prior to that, they worked at HP as a Business Development Manager, Global Infrastructure Program Manager, and Global Marketing Procurement Manager, among other roles, from 1999 to 2006. Beth began their career at HP as a Marketing Analyst and Procurement Specialist from 1994 to 1998.

Beth De Avila completed their MBA in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in the academic year 1998-1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Purchasing Logistics Management from Arizona State University, graduating between the years 1990 and 1994. Beth has also acquired various additional certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) in March 2002 and the Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) in May 1997. Beth has continued to enhance their skill set by obtaining certifications in areas such as Change Leadership, Social Leadership, Succeeding in a New Job, Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up, Developing a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Program, Giving Your Elevator Pitch, and PowerPoint: Designing Better Slides, all achieved in recent years. Additionally, they hold a 120-Hour TEFL Diploma from BridgeTEFL, acquired in May 2014.
