Laurent Milleron

Laurent Milleron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and real estate investment. Currently serving as the Director of M&A and Corporate Finance at Compagnie de Phalsbourg since October 2022, Laurent previously held the position of Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance at ICADE, successfully leading initiatives in real estate investments. As CFO and Director of Corporate Development at ANF IMMOBILIER, substantial achievements included increasing assets under management and revenue while ensuring compliance with EPRA recommendations. Earlier roles included Senior Manager at EY and Investment Manager at Proudreed, where Laurent specialized in transaction advisory services and real estate management. Laurent holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from ESTP.
