Anthony Koo serves as the Regional Director for Learning & Development and the Richemont Retail Academy in the Asia Pacific region. Prior roles include Corporate Director of Organizational & Talent Development at Rosewood Hotel Group, Head of Learning & Development for Asia Pacific at Prada Group, and Talent Development Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. Additionally, Anthony held the position of Learning & Development Manager for North Asia at Gap Inc. Currently, Anthony is pursuing a degree in Business Transformation at IMD, a program co-designed by Richemont and IMD, alongside ongoing studies at the same institution since January 2020.
