Arthur Régibier

Arthur Régibier is an experienced professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Talent, Learning & Development Director for Europe at Richemont since May 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition and management practices for a workforce of 5,000 employees. Prior to this, Arthur held roles at Ubisoft as Group Talent Development Director and International HR Director, focusing on performance management and global HR strategy across multiple studios. Previous experience also includes positions at L'Oréal, Total, Club Med, and Le Figaro, demonstrating expertise in HR business partnering, international mobility, and employee engagement. Arthur holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
