Donna Dean

Donna Dean serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Richemont Americas since June 2021. With a robust background in human resources, Donna previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Moët Hennessy North America & Belvedere Maison from March 2017 to March 2021. Prior to that, Donna spent over a decade at The Donna Karan Company, LLC, progressing from Director of Human Resources to Global Senior Vice President. Earlier experience includes positions at Warner Bros. Entertainment as Regional Human Resources Manager and Macy's as a Human Resources Associate. Donna's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management/Organizational Design from Marymount Manhattan College, numerous specialized certifications, and continuing education in diversity, inclusion, and leadership through Cornell University and various LVMH programs. Additionally, Donna has completed an Introduction to Gemology at L’Ecole School of Jewelry Arts in Paris.
