Prior to this role, Joffrey was the Cyber Risk Manager at Etat de Genève from October 2021 to February 2022, and held various positions at HSBC from June 2012 to September 2021, including Director of Resilience Risk and Information Security Risk Manager for the Global Private Bank, where responsibilities encompassed risk oversight for information and cyber security, and facilitating compliance with regulatory standards. Joffrey's career also included a significant tenure at Police Genève, managing information systems and IT security from August 1993 to June 2012. Joffrey holds multiple advanced degrees in information security management, including a Master of Advanced Studies from Haute Ecole de Gestion in Geneva and an MBA from Aix-Marseille University.
