Laura Lee

Laura Lee is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in the luxury retail sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Learning and Development at Richemont since March 2024, Laura previously held roles at Fendi, including Sr. Retail Training Manager and Retail Training Manager for Fendi Americas from March 2019 to February 2024. Additional experience includes a position as Training Manager at Coach from October 2016 to March 2019, and a Training and Development Consultant role at Fendi in 2016. Prior to that, Laura contributed to Louis Vuitton as Retail Training Manager and Team Manager at Maison Fifth Avenue from November 2009 to March 2016. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts with a focus on Photography from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
