Noriko Hirakawa

Noriko Hirakawa is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the fashion and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Fashion & Accessories FP&A at Richemont since March 2024, Hirakawa has previously held significant positions, including Finance Director of Japan and Korea at BALENCIAGA from January 2018 to March 2024, and Finance Director at Warner Music Japan from February 2016 to January 2018. Additional roles include Accounting Director at Tiffany & Co., Senior Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren, and Finance Manager at MISS SIXTY, where the company exited the Japanese market in December 2009.
