Shawn D'Ambrogio

Shawn D'Ambrogio, CHRP, CHRL, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Canada at Richemont since August 2015, with prior roles including Senior Manager and Regional HR Manager. Shawn's career also includes a contract position as Human Resources Manager at NOCO Lubricants LP, and a Human Resources Manager role at Ferrara Candy Company, where significant improvements to WSIB NEER ratings were achieved. Earlier experience includes developing the HR strategy and managing recruitment at Arla Foods, establishing the HR department at HearAtLast Inc., and operations management at AMC Theatres. Shawn holds educational credentials from Humber College and Sheridan College.
