Sheila Henderson has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Richemont since 2006, where responsibilities include managing IP for prestigious brands such as Cartier and MontBlanc. Prior to this, Sheila held the position of Intellectual Property Director at Reckitt Benckiser, where significant contributions included merging trademark and patent functions to establish a new IP Department. Additionally, Sheila managed global IP at Mars and served as Corporate Trade Marks Senior Manager at Unilever, focusing on food trademarks. Sheila holds a U.K. Solicitor of England and Wales LLB degree.
