Sylvie Harel Prou

Sylvie Harel Prou serves as the Group Logistics Business Capabilities Director at Richemont, a position held since September 2016, with previous roles including Customer Service Director for South Asia and Head of Richemont South East Asia Customer Service. Prior to Richemont, Sylvie worked at Cartier as the Logistics, Compliance and After-Sales Service Operations Manager, overseeing logistics projects that enhanced cost efficiency and compliance standards. Sylvie’s extensive experience in logistics management began at Richemont Europe and includes significant contributions at Essilor Group and Nestlé, with early insights gained from Renault Group. Sylvie holds degrees from EPFL and EPF Engineering School.
