Takeshi Kitamura

Takeshi Kitamura currently serves as the Group Logistics Strategy and Sustainability Director at Richemont since October 2021. Prior experience includes an internship at Isochronic AG in September 2021 and a personal sabbatical from November 2020 to August 2021. From October 2007 to October 2020, Takeshi held various positions at L'Oréal, including Plant General Manager for the Japanese cosmetic factory and roles such as Lancôme Brand Supply Chain Engineer and Brand Supply Chain Excellence Manager in France. Takeshi's educational background includes a Foundation for Business Leadership certificate from IMD, dual MBAs from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School, and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Tokyo Institute of Technology.
