Tiana Tsang

Tiana Tsang currently serves as the Assistant Manager for Projects & Internal Communications at Richemont since January 2022, following a role as a Management Trainee in the same company. Prior to Richemont, Tiana worked at Ergon Global, focusing on branding, customer success, and recruitment shortly before the company's recognition as Asia's Best Recruitment Transformer in 2021. Experience includes a summer position as a Talent Excellence Innovator at HKBN, and various leadership roles at AIESEC Hong Kong Limited, including Local Committee Director and Session Facilitator for the Youth to Sustainability Summit 2020. Tiana also contributed as a Youth Advisor for Plan International Hong Kong's youth conference. Tiana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Psychological & Behavioural Science from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
