Esther Garcia

Esther Garcia has extensive experience in finance and compliance management, currently serving as the Finances & Compliance Manager at Tradition Services since February 2015, overseeing internal and external audits and financial reporting. Previously, Esther held the role of Administration and Finance Manager at Kaloni Holding Group, where responsibilities included strategic planning and successfully attracting new investors, resulting in the opening of clinics in Mexico and Colombia. Esther also served as Administration and Finance Manager at Jacksonlea Osborn, ensuring efficient management of financial resources, and as Internal Audit and Control Manager at Jacksonlea de Mexico, focusing on policy implementation and risk reduction. Additional experience includes a role as Head of the Transfer Pricing Audit Department at the Servicio de Administración Tributaria and as an Internal/External Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Esther holds an MBA in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio and a degree from Universidad de Cuautitlan Izcalli.
