Fawaaz Khurwolah

Fawaaz Khurwolah has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. From 2006 to the present, they have been working at Compagnie Mauricienne de Textile as the Head of Utilities Engineering Services Department. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they worked at the Ministry of Public Infrastructure as a Trainee Mechanical & Automotive Engineer, where they assisted in workshop operations and performed fault diagnosis on vehicles. In 2003, they also worked as a Trainee Mechatronics Engineer at Central Electricity Board, where they assisted in repair and maintenance works, participated in upgrading projects, and contributed to the design of a SCADA system.

Fawaaz Khurwolah has a strong educational background. Fawaaz obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Mauritius, graduating in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2004. Fawaaz Khurwolah's secondary education was at Royal College Port Louis, where they completed their HSC and GCE (A-Level) in Science between 1993 and 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Fawaaz Khurwolah has also obtained the Industry 4.0 Project Leadership Certified (PLC 4.0) certification from Team SYNthesis (Mauritius & Africa) Ltd in October 2018.
