Tess Mikkers

Tess Mikkers is an experienced recruiter and coordinator with a diverse background in HR and youth support. Currently employed at Compagnon as a Recruiter Overheid since August 2022, Tess specializes in tailor-made recruitment solutions. Previously, from January 2019 to July 2022, Tess served as Coördinerend groepsbegeleider at the BONT foundation, overseeing the care and guidance of youths with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, including the development of care plans and coaching staff. Additional roles include serving as a coach at Stichting Studeren & Werken op Maat and involvement in recruitment at Livable. Tess holds a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as earlier educational credentials in International Business and Languages.
