Krzysztof Grupa possesses extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing sector, currently serving as Factory Director at Compal since August 2025. Prior to this role, Krzysztof spent 18 years at Kimball Electronics, where responsibilities included Automotive Operations Manager, overseeing operational strategies in automotive electronics with a specialization in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and mechanical assembly, as well as leading industrial automation projects. Krzysztof's career at Kimball progressed through various engineering management roles, culminating in the leadership of teams of up to 120 engineers. Academic credentials include an MBA from Poznan University of Economics and Business in collaboration with Georgia State University, and an MSc in Automatics and Management from Poznan University of Technology.
