Ivan Gabriel Coutinho graduated in Accounting Sciences from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in 2009, Ivan Gabriel Coutinho, 35, holds a postgraduate degree in Public Accounting from UNISUL in 2018. Before reaching the Board of Directors of CASAN, he worked as the financial accounting manager of the Regional Engineering Council , Architecture and Agronomy (CREA-SC), where he had been since 2008.
With experience in the area of Administration with an emphasis on Accounting Sciences, he teaches technical courses in Accounting, Human Resources and Administration at Faculdade SENAC/Florianópolis, in addition to being a Content teacher of courses in the area of Accounting at SENAC EaD Network. At Escola Técnica Geração, he is a professor of technical courses in Administration and Human Resources, in the areas of General Accounting, Taxes, and Payroll, Financial Mathematics, Statistics, and Notions of Law.
In managerial or pedagogical activity, he usually works or teaches knowledge about the degree of intangibility, financial accounting and return on investments, public accounting, managerial accounting, controllership, and teaching.

Companhia Catarinense de Aguas e Saneamento Casan (Casan) is a Brazil-based company primarily engaged in the operation of water treatment plants and water supply systems. The Company is active in the planning, operation and exploration of the sewage and water utility infrastructure, as well as in performance of basic sanitation works in partnership with municipalities of the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. The Company also operates regional laboratories to monitor the physical, chemical and bacteriological factors in water and sewage throughout its service area. As of December 31, 2011, it operated 247 water supply systems and 37 sewage systems in 199 municipalities located in the state of Santa Catarina and one in the state of Parana, supplying approximately 2.5 million inhabitants. The Company is controlled by the government of the state Santa Catarina.
