uiar Pupo is a Lawyer, specialist in Public Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco and in Tax Law and Proceedings from the University of Fortaleza (Unifor), he was attorney general of the Municipality of Sobral, head of the Legal Department of the Municipal Health Secretariat of Fortaleza and Superintendent of the State Department Transit of Ceará (Detran-CE). João Pupo de Aguiar declared himself a Politically Exposed Person, according to the provisions of article 3-B of CVM Instruction No. 301/99, with the amendments introduced by CVM Instruction No. 463/08, considering that he holds the position of Secretary of the Secretary of Conservation and Public Services of the Municipality of Fortaleza.
